1 tablespoon cocoa powder 1 tablespoon sour cream 1 tablespoon honey and one egg white. Apply to face and let dry before rinsing. Rough hands you can heat 2 to 3 cups whole milk  In a microwave until it’s warm. Pour into a bottle and let hands soak 5 to 10 minutes.
